"Great location for this property. Definitely a low frills sort of place but such a convenient location-within walking distance from the Amtrak station. Convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to get to in Boston. Easy walk to Boston Common, Newbury Street, Beacon Hill, North End. Management was very responsive when we checked in and noted there was an issue with the heat and we needed a few more towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Some great options for food really close by. "We had an interesting situation involving a drunk woman (it was St. Pattys day weekend). The staff was very alert and quick to handle it. Security made us feel more at ease. Only negative I have is that after the incident, we moved rooms, and upon doing so, the woman at front desk never asked for my ID? She just handed me keys. Big no no in the hotel industry. Overall good service, housekeeping did a great job, and the bar area is amazing. Very convenient "

"This was a great affordable stay!! It is very small but you get what you’re paying for. The staff was very nice and considerate. There was a random sock in the drawer under the bed so i know housekeeping doesn’t look super through. Also our ipad didn’t work in the room so we couldn’t use some features but I wasn’t in the room enough for that to matter. The decorations in the hotel were so pretty!! Overall a great experience I would stay again."
